Now that the year is coming to an end, we at Dstny want to take the opportunity to thank all customers, partners and suppliers for a fantastic year!
What a year it has been! A year filled with exciting assignments, new challenges and cool innovations. 2019 has been packed with both new product launches and improvements to existing services and systems. Those we are particularly proud of are our integration with Microsoft Teams, our new call recording service and the new advanced attendant feature in our Softphone. The icing in the cake this year has been the launch of our self-service portal MyDstny. MyDstny has been welcomed with open arms and a lot of money is put into our efforts to constantly improve the portal with new innovation every month.
2019 has also been a year of growth. During the year, Dstny has grown with over 40,000 new users. A big thank you for growing with us! The expansion also continues outside our home markets in Sweden and the Netherlands. We now have end customers in more than 20 countries, and we continue to grow in Europe together with our fantastic Wholesale partners. New markets that came into being in 2019 are Germany and the UK.
Now we are looking forward to 2020 with expectations of at least as good a year! Again, a big thank you for a fantastic 2019!
