Positively surprised by the sound quality

Eminenta is a market-leading company within property consultancy services. The business’s main focus is valuations and inspections of different types of property. Everything from holiday cottages and detached houses to tenant-owner’s rights and plots of land. They also carry out inspections and prepare energy performance certificates and maintenance plans.

Eminenta AB is a market-leading company within property consultancy services. Two years ago the company replaced its old Centrex switchboard telephony solution with a switchboard in the cloud from Dstny.
“What I like best about the system is that it simple to use and good value,” says Povel Fagerström, CEO at Eminenta AB.

The company has around 40 users in its operator-independent system. All employees have Dstny’s mobile application and 10–12 of them also use softphone.
“Everything works superbly. The switchboard has essentially been spared operational disturbances and we have never had any complete interruptions,” Povel Fagerström says.

He feels that the telephony solution is simple to manage and self-instructional. He particularly likes three functions:
The one which displays call history, the one which automatically converts SMSs to fixed telephones to text and then transfers the text to the recipient’s mobile, as well as the one which enables integration with contact lists.
“It then displays whether a colleague is busy or not, and if there is any point in calling.”

Povel Fagerström also thinks that the Dstny app which makes it possible to have access to the switchboard at all times from mobiles is positive. However, he was slightly concerned about what the sound quality would be like.
“Some IP telephony has a tinny sound and it is hard to hear what people are saying. But Dstny’s solution has fantastic sound, so my misgivings didn’t amount to anything.”

The installation and the implementation went smoothly. Contacts with Dstny’s support and other employees is also effective.
“Overall we are very satisfied,” Povel Fagerström says.
