Many believe that the landline telephony is steadily becoming outdated and that the telephone poles will be abolished in the near future. It’s however worth mentioning that the mobile phone is a type of wireless phone with wireless applications.
Today you can see to your needs with telephony in many different ways. Wireless phones have had their time and are competing with mobile phones. There are however some technical benefits with landline telephony via wireless units.

It’s preferred to not be required to be close to the phone plug which is something that mobile phones already provides. Companies need and benefit from solutions that build on wireless telephony and a central PBX.

Wireless units are cheaper than mobile phones and in the cases where using a personal mobile doesn’t perform, a wireless phone could be of use.
