In addition to call data, there is now an option to display the agent list in a field. The list shows logged in agents in the selected group. An icon to the left of the name shows the agent’s availability, and to the right is the agent’s current referral status.

Can I show several different views simultaneously on different devices?

You can view different views on different devices with Wallboard. How many views you can choose from depends on which version of Wallboard you have. Wallboard includes 2 views and Wallboard Plus includes 10 views.
