Christmas is approaching and we can all look forward to get some quality time with loved ones, even though the Christmas celebration looks different from most years. We can look back on the year as a good one, and state that we have a lot to be proud of. A year ago we talked about wanting to be one of the leading UCaaS players in Europe, now partners, competitors and analysts talk about us, in exactly that way. Thank you, it is you who made this possible!
After several years of strong growth, much focus has been on communication, streamlining and clarifying responsibilities and roles, and the result is very impressive even if there is more to do. We have seen lots of ideas and initiatives from our employees that have been implemented and resulted in us as an organization having the conditions to continue to grow in the coming years. However, we are aware that these changes during continued growth in the short term have led to a higher workload for all of you. Do not hesitate to contact us with feedback or if you need support. The year has been challenging in many ways and it is therefore both fun and impressive to see that we still manage to keep sales and growth, and that we have continuously worked with profitability in a very good way. Many have worked hard to achieve results and it is through growth, profitability and good cash flow that we can invest in the future and innovation. Thanks for that!
