The role and Dstny
- What do you do in your role? I’m technical account manager for our Swedish wholesale partners. My role consists of managing the relationships with our Swedish wholesale partners, educate and support them in our products and services, and helping them with different technical challenges that one might come across. Because the technical is such a broad spectrum I need to collaborate closely with my awesome colleagues that are experts in the different areas such a support/operations/development and together we find solutions for our partners. You could sum it up by saying that I’m the technical spider in the net.
- Why did you start working at Dstny? I was headhunted by Dstny when I was working for an external support company that managed Dstny’s support and delivery. I took the opportunity, and I’m really happy about that decision. It was truly one of the best decisions of my life. And the outcome is that I’m still here and I started working as early as 2010.
- What is the craziest thing you’ve experienced at work? Does it also include time outside of work?
- What do you look forward to this summer? Becoming a dad in August.
- What motivates you at work? Helping my partners with their challenges, building good relationships with them and personal development.
- Favourite colleague? We’re all one big family, but if I had to choose it’s Olle Rubarth whom recently moved from sales to wholesale. He’s a rock and we complement each other perfectly. Together we take care of all our Swedish wholesale partners.
- Tips for Dstny newcomers? Be a Challenger! Don’t be afraid to take your spot or do something wrong.
