Dstny has acquired the Swedish part for cloud-based telephony from Techstep. The agreement reflects both companies’ ambition to be a leader in their core business. For Dstny, this means that in terms of market share, we are now competing for third place within Swedish UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service).
Techstep is based on the same technology platform as Dstny, which creates security for customers, who now also have access to Dstny’s entire range of services. Techstep will focus and streamline its core Business; Managed Mobility Services.
Dstny’s focus is primarily in organic growth, but of course evaluates potential acquisitions when opportunities arise in these times of market consolidations.
