How do I log in to MyAdmin?

You log in to MyAdmin with your usual switch credentials. You can find the portal itself at admin.dstny.se.

Who can log in to MyAdmin?

In order to use Dstny’s Self-service portal, you must be an administrator of your exchange. This is to ensure that no unauthorized persons enter and change information and subscriptions.

Whoever is an administrator can also make more colleagues administrators if desired:
– Click on Users
– Find the person you want to make an administrator
– Click on the Edit User button
– Then check the Administrator checkbox
– Then click on Save

How do I send out a configuration SMS?

When someone has downloaded Dstny’s mobile app, they must also receive a configuration SMS to sync the app with their exchange data. As an administrator, you can easily send such an SMS via MyAdmin.

Do this:
– Click on User
– Search for the user who is going to receive the SMS in the search field at the top right
– Click on the SMS button

The user then needs to follow the instructions in the SMS.

How do I create a schedule event?

To create a new schedule event in MyAdmin, do the following:
– Go to the ACD groups tab or button selection menus (depending on where you want to change in the schedule).
–Tick ​​the ACD group(s)/button selection(s) you want to create an event on. If an event applies to all groups, tick the check box at the top. Then all groups turn orange.
– Then click on the calendar icon, which you will find on the right.
–Then click New Schedule Event.. Here you will get to choose when the schedule event should start/end. You can choose whether it should happen daily/weekly/monthly or never repeat again. Finish by clicking Add.

You can also choose which message should be played during this time. If you want to record a new voice message, click on the gear wheel.

How do I add a user?

Follow these steps to create a new user in MyAdmin:
– Click the Users tab.
– Then click on New User. You can find the button at the top left.
– In the box that appears, fill in all the information that should be on the user. Click on the question mark to get detailed information about the different fields.
– When all information is filled in, click Save in the right corner. Now the user is created.

How do I create a new subscription?

In MyAdmin, you can create new subscriptions for yourself and your colleagues.

To create a subscription, do the following:
– Click on the Subscriptions tab.
–In the top left corner, click on Create new subscription.
– First, you choose whether to port an existing number or activate a completely new one. (Porting a number means moving an existing number from one operator to another.)
– In the next step, you get to choose what should be included in the subscription. NOTE If the “Next” button is gray-marked, the choices are not compatible with each other.
– You then choose which user will be on the subscription.
– Here you choose when the subscription should be activated. If you already have the SIM card in front of you, enter the number that came with the SIM card. Otherwise, you only write in the address to which the SIM card should be sent.
– If you chose to port with a number, you fill in the number that applies. What date you would like it ported in (date and time). You can also attach a power of attorney if the number is for another company/person. And which person or organization number it is on right now.
– In the next step, you will receive a summary of the order. To confirm the order, click Order.
